I cannot say enough great things about Park Place Apartments. Having moved twice in 9 months in 2017, and having viewed many apartments, we were looking to settle into a place that would feel like home. From the beginning we were impressed with the outstanding leasing and maintenance staff. The leasing experience was amazingly simple, and the maintenance staff has always attended to any issues in a timely and efficient manner, even coming after hours when needed. The apartment itself is spacious with a wrap around porch, and has the feel of a family home, even though it's in an apartment setting.
I have seen all of the management changes, good and bad but this change has been the best for this place. The office staff is friendly and always helpful and the maintenance guys are always on top of it! Any time I see any of them they say hello or wave and they know me by name.
